HVAC Business Development Manager – Surrey
Established over 25 years, this company provides BMS systems & commercial heating systems to clients in the public and private sectors. Their clients include NHS trusts, county councils, FM specialists, house builders, and consultancies.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to join their team based in Surrey.
This role is focused on developing new regional accounts as well as identifying new opportunities within their existing client base. It will be it will be essential to sell their full-service portfolio.
- The ideal candidate for this role will possess an extensive track record of sales success gained within the M&E/Construction markets.
- You will ideally have knowledge and experience of strategic selling processes as well as outstanding relationship-building skills, strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
- It will also be necessary to have experience in leading and responding to major RFQ, RFI and RFP bid responses and experience of selling into B2B Enterprise markets.
- This role would suit a confident, articulate and tenacious new business hunter who holds an understanding of M&E, HVAC Services and Contracting.
