Contracts Manager – London
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Contracts Manager to join the team and oversee contracts predominantly within the M25.
This company is a specialist contractor carrying out work for some of the leading household names within the retail and leisure sectors, as well as smaller independent companies. Since its conception nearly 30 years ago they have grown into one of the country’s leading specialists in public house, hotel, shop and leisure refurbishments and fit outs.
Salary: £40k – £60k (doe)
The role will involve managing all aspects of contracts including budgeting & P&L, client liaising, direct staff and sub-contract supervision, providing relevant reporting, programming & health & safety.
Due to the stable & established infrastructure they can consider candidates who are looking to move into Contracts Manager role following a career working as Site Supervisor / Manager or more experienced Contract Managers looking for an opportunity to join a progressive, pro-active, client driven company.
